Benny J has been vibing out with some of the best hairdressers, barbers, business minds and educators since 2005 and crafting his own style and skill set with a laid back vibe. His love for building relationships with people, creating hair thats healthy, effortless and little more boho glam is what makes him truly love the art of hairdressing.
SO WHY YOUNG . MODERN NOW?
In his own words:
" Young . Modern has been in the back of my mind since Silverchair released their last studio album in 2008, I thought 'what a great name for a salon' and what a vibe that space would be to create, so I kept it to myself in the hopes that maybe one day, it'll happen.
I've been talking to my husband Luke, for a while about hair salons, what I would do differently, what I would want from a salon as a team member and from a clients perspective and what id like to create for this area thats missing in our market, and on a road trip he said "we need a salon with your vibe and we should just go for it", So with my biggest supporter and also the logical thinker to my creative chaos of a mind by my side, here we are together, with my drive for creating a creative space and his business mind, we are giving life to YOUNG . MODERN and I'm so happy to bring this space to people"
