What do you mean 'young, young at heart and modern in style' ?

The salon space is for everyone, not just young blondes or powerful brunettes, not just creative colour or mens hair. Its a space for all walks of life that are either young or they are young at heart, modern or they like to be modern in style.

Do you take a deposit on booking? and do you accept walk in clients?

For all large services, we do. This ensures that you have secured your time with us and that you respect ours to do so. Its is fully redeemable on the services you are having done. 

We do accept walk-in's (if we have the time), to secure a session for colour work, it is best to book an appointment but we will try to accommodate as best we can.

Your menu is stating that prices are from and its only staple services?

We like to give a full consultation before any service, this ensures that you have a clear path of what we are doing and we can quote accordingly. Price may vary depending on the services we do in the session. 

On our menu, we have only listed the staple services that we provide to make the menu clear and easy for our clients and guests to understand while they navigate through the booking system. This is why we do a full consultation and quote before, so we can adjust accordingly, we offer many different hair services, including permanent waving and nanoplasty, but a consultation is required before booking, so come and have a chat to us.

What do I book and what order?

This is a good one! Always book the biggest service first. 

For example:

1. Full head of foiling 2. Toner 3. Cut and styling. 

This ensures that your appointment runs smoothly.

What if theres an issue with my hair after I leave?

Sometimes things come up, colour fades or doesn't take, or a haircut isn't sitting quite right. We understand and this is why we have a 'fix for free' guarantee within 72 hours of your service. This allows us to have a look at the issue and accommodate it, just give us a call

What is your cancellation policy?

We allow 48 hours up until your appointment for cancellation and your deposit is non-refundable, this ensures that you understand and value our time. 

We understand that things come up, so it is best to give us a call and give the team as much notice as possible before cancelling. 

No-Show appointments will incur 70% of the total amount.

Do you do bridal parties or bridal hair?

Yes we do. please book a consultation and / or trial.

Do you have any buy now, pay later?

We do, AFTERPAY. online & in salon. :)
